Service Description
iDoTogether is a wedding planning and guest management platform that helps couples organize their wedding details, manage guest lists, and coordinate with vendors.
Account Terms
- •You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
- •You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- •You are responsible for all activity on your account
- •You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Payment Terms
- •FREE tier: Up to 50 guests at no cost
- •FOUNDING tier: One-time payment of $29 for lifetime unlimited guest access
- •All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- •Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase - contact support for requests
- •Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes (calculated at checkout)
Data & Privacy
- •We collect and store information necessary to provide our services

- •You can export your core data at any time using the export feature
- •You own your data - we never sell it to third parties
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Use the service for any illegal purpose
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- •Spam, harass, or abuse other users
- •Upload malicious code or viruses
- •Scrape or harvest data from the service without permission
- •Interfere with or disrupt the service
Intellectual Property

- •iDoTogether's code, design, and branding remain our intellectual property
Service Availability

- •We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
- •We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss (though we maintain backups)
Account Termination
- •You may close your account at any time by contacting support
- •We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
- •Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days before deletion
- •Paid features (FOUNDING tier) remain accessible even after your wedding date
Limitation of Liability
iDoTogether is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- •We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- •Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- •We are not responsible for third-party services (Stripe, venue vendors, etc.)
Dispute Resolution
- •Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not court
- •Disputes must be filed individually, not as part of a class action
- •Arbitration will be conducted under AAA rules
Changes to Terms
- •We may update these terms from time to time
- •We'll notify you of significant changes via email or dashboard notice
- •Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance
