A full audit checks four things: column structure (are the right fields present), data completeness (how full are the cells), duplicate detection (are any guests listed twice), and data quality (are values consistent and valid within each column).
At minimum: when the list is first built, before invitations go out, and before the catering cutoff. Ideally, run a quick audit after any batch of changes to the list.
A grade of A (90 or above) means your list is ready. B (80 to 89) is acceptable with minor gaps remaining. C (70 to 79) means there are several things to fix before sharing with vendors. Below 70 means significant work is needed.
