Meal counts are one of the last things a couple finalizes before a wedding, and one of the hardest to collect cleanly from a paper card. A digital invite collects a per-person meal choice from every guest in the household in a single submission. The preview below shows the meal selection step in the full RSVP flow.
Each guest in a household sees a meal option card with the choices you have defined (chicken, fish, vegetarian, kids meal, etc.). Every individual person selects their own meal before submitting.
Yes. In the RSVP builder, you define the meal options and their labels. You can also flag which options are vegetarian or contain common allergens so guests can identify appropriate choices.
You can export a meal count summary from the dashboard at any time. It shows totals per meal type and flags any dietary restrictions. The export is formatted for easy sharing with caterers.
You can update options at any time, but it is best practice to finalize options before sending links. If you add a new option after some guests have responded, previous respondents will not see the new choice unless they update their RSVP.
The dietary restrictions field lets guests write in any allergy or note in free text. You see this note alongside their meal choice in the dashboard.
