Tips vary by vendor. Photographers, caterers, and venue coordinators typically receive 15 to 20 percent of their fee for excellent service. Prepare labeled envelopes with cash and give them to one trusted person to distribute at the end of the event. Do not leave this for the morning of.
Ceremony start, cocktail hour, reception entrance, first dance, toasts, dinner, cake cutting, last dance, and venue end time. Add buffer between each segment. Your venue coordinator and DJ have done this before. Ask for their template and build from it.
