Both partners see the same list the moment anything changes. Split tasks by who owns each area. No more asking who called the caterer, who confirmed the venue, who sent the invites.
Most couples end up with one person managing everything. That person burns out by month six. iDoTogether splits the load from day one.

Safety pins, fashion tape, stain remover pen, pain reliever, antacids, blister bandages, a small sewing kit, and backup lip product. Give it to a bridesmaid or family member to carry. You will not remember where you put things on the day itself.
At least one week before the ceremony. License requirements vary by county, some have a waiting period after issuance. Check the expiration date on the license. Give the signed license to your officiant before the ceremony begins, not during.
The rehearsal walks the wedding party through the processional order, pacing, where to stand, and recessional. It typically takes 30 to 60 minutes. Confirm the rehearsal time with your venue 3 to 4 weeks in advance so you can communicate it to everyone involved.
Change of clothes for the next day, toiletries, any medications, phone charger, and your marriage license if it was not handed off to the officiant separately. Pack it the day before. Leaving it to the morning guarantees something gets forgotten.
